I’m Shaun Surgener, a fitness and performance coach, entrepreneur, and wealth mentor dedicated to helping busy professionals, executives, and high achievers optimize their body, build financial freedom, and master their mindset—without sacrificing their time or lifestyle.

My Story: From Broke & Burnt Out to Financial & Fitness Freedom
I moved to Los Angeles with $400, no job, and a dream—to build a life of success, fitness, and financial freedom. But after a year, I was still broke, burnt out, and stuck. I was living paycheck to paycheck, sharing a 1-bedroom apartment with three other guys, and my physique was mediocre at best.
I had big goals, but no real direction. I was just going through the motions, waiting for something to change.
That’s when I made a decision: I refused to accept mediocrity.

I completely transformed my approach to fitness, finance, and success. Using my science and premed background, I dove into studies on metabolism, fat loss, and muscle growth, cutting through the myths and misinformation that keep most people stuck. I also studied wealth-building, investing, and business strategy, applying everything I learned to change my financial reality.
And within just four years…
