Let’s discuss the most recent updates with Voyager Chapter 11 bankruptcy - what it means for your USD cash, crypto, and claim forms.

In most recent updates and information it appears that there is some good news ahead.

We will also discuss in detail the claim forms, if you need to file one, how to file a claim form, and when you would need to do it by

HIGHLIGHTS

• All voyager customers will receive 100% of their USD cash and you should have received an email August 11th stating that your funds are now available
• USD Funds will take 5-10 business days to transfer and you can withdraw up to $100,000 in a 24 hour period
• There are 88 interested parties in the acquisition of Voyager Digital
• 48 parties have signed NDAs
• 22 parties active in the sales process (meaning they have put in a bid or are serious about bidding)
• All bids are due August 26th
• Sale Auction will take place September 7th or 8th
• Restructuring process is estimated to be completed by Q1 of 2023 (meaning access to crypto should occur around that time)
• Voyager has stated that Alameda / FTX offer has been the lowest so far
• Voyager Attorney Joshua Sussberg stated that customers should expect “much more than 30 cents on the dollar”
• You only need to file a claim form IF there is a discrepancy between the amount of crypto voyager has for you on file versus what you have (if they have you down for 1 BTC but you have 1.5 BTC that is a discrepancy)
• If there is no discrepancy then you DO NOT need to file a claim form
• Claim forms must be submitted by October 3rd at 5pm EST here
